| 摘 要： | 报告了５８例肺门、纵隔淋巴结结核的诊治经验，Ｘ线检查是诊断本病的主要方法，临床上需与中心型肺癌，纵隔肿瘤相鉴别，作者对诊断与鉴别诊断、手术适应证及术中注意事项进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | ifty-eight patients with hilar and mediastinal tu-berculous lymphadenopathy treated with surgical opera-tion were reported. The authors presented their prelimi-nary experience in diagnosis,surgical technique and sat-isfactory outcome, They concluded that in certain situa-tion,thoractomy is indicated for both acquiring objec-tive, accurate diagnosis and definitive,effective treat-ment. |
