肝硬化患者血清前白蛋白、总胆汁酸和胆碱酯酶水平变化的意义

目的:探讨肝硬化患者血清前白蛋白(prealbumin,PA)、总胆汁酸(total bile acid,TBA)和胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)水平变化的临床意义。方法:检测80例肝硬化患者和50例健康对照者血清中PA、TBA和CHE水平。结果:随肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的逐级递增,PA和CHE水平明显降低,TBA明显升高,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清PA、TBA和CHE水平变化对肝硬化患者病情诊断、疗效观察和预后判断具有重要的指导意义。

Clinical significance of changes of serum prealbumin,total bile acid and cholinesterase levels in liver cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum prealbumin(PA),total bile acid(TBA) and cholinesterase(CHE) levels changes in liver cirrhosis.Method Detected and analysis the serum levels of PA,TBA and CHE of 80 cases of liver cirrhosis and 50 normal controls at the same time.Results With progressively increasing of Child-Pugh classification of liver cirrhosis,PA and CHE levels were significantly lower,TBA was significantly higher compared with the normal control group,and difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum PA,TBA and CHE levels in patients with liver cirrhosis have important guiding significance in disease diagnosis,prognosis and efficacy.
