胎儿输卵管上皮细胞纤毛发育的定量研究

摘    要:为了明确胎儿输卵管上皮细胞纤毛发育的特征,应用扫描电子显微镜测试系统对孕周16周至36周的33例女性胎儿输卵管上皮细胞进行了定量研究,结果发现:妊娠16周胎儿输卵管上皮细胞已有纤毛发育,峡部纤毛平均高度随孕周增加逐渐增高;壶腹部纤毛平均高度在妊娠20周时出现明显增高;伞部纤毛高度在孕20周及孕32周时出现两次明显增高。表明胎儿输卵管上皮细胞发育过程中纤毛高度变化具有明显的部位异常和阶段性。

Abstract:To determine the quantitative features on the development of the cilium in human fetal fallopian tube, using the measure system of scanning electron microscope to measure and analysis theheight of the cilium on 33 cases fetal fallopian tubes which gestational week was from the 16thgestational week to the 36th gestational week. The results found that the development of cilium hadappeared at the 16th gestational week, the average height of the cilium in isthmus gradually became higher and higher accompanied with gestational weeks increase; the height of the cilium in ampulla appearedsignificantly increase at the 20th gestational week and the height of the cilium in fimbria appeared obviously increase at the 20th gestational week and at the 32th gestational week respectively. These suggested that the development of cilium in fetal fallopian tube should be a distinct difference according to its parts and stages.
