| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究 TGF- β1 和 MMP2 对大鼠胰腺坏死及再生后扮演的角色。方法 :选用 6 0只大白鼠进行免疫组化分析。结果 :TGF- β1 在注射精氨酸后 1d开始增加 ,至第 7天达到最大 ,至 14 d后又恢复和正常对照组相似。MMP2 在正常组及注射后 14 d组为高表达 ,至第 7天达到最大。结论 :TGF- β1 通过影响 ECM合成和降解在胰腺坏死后再生中起重要作用。MMP2 通过作用于胶原和纤维连接蛋白在胰腺再生中也起一定作用。
