氧自由基在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的变化

摘    要:目的 研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的水平变化与临床意义。方法 选用符合新生儿HIE诊断标准的病儿46 例(轻度14 例,中度26 例,重度6 例),分别于第1天和第7天取静脉血4 ml和10例正常足月新生儿脐血4 ml,检测血清SOD和MDA水平。结果 HIE病儿血清SOD活性在第1天时明显低于对照的脐血组,MDA含量明显高于脐血组(P<0.05);HIE病儿在住院治疗第7天时,血清SOD活性明显比住院第1天时增高,MDA含量比住院第1 天时减低,并有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而轻、中、重度HIE病儿经方差分析三组间血清SOD活性、MDA含量均有差异,并有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 氧自由基在HIE发生发展中起重要作用;测定血清SOD和MDA可作为判定HIE的损伤程度与预后的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the change of SOD and MDA in serum of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Serum levels of SOD and MDA was measured in 46 cases of newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(14 cases of mild,26 cases of moderate and 6 cases severe status) at the first day and the seventh day after birth and in 10 cases normal fetal cord serum.Results SOD activity of serum in the HIE groups was obviously lower than that in the normal groups(P<0.05),but obviously increased at the seventh day than at the first day(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between any two of the three HIE groups(all P<0.05),serum levels of MDA in the HIE groups were obviously higher than those in the normal groups(P<0.05).Serum levels of MDA in the HIE at the seventh day were decreased than those at the first day(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between any two of the three HIE groups(all P<0.05).Conclusions The present data suggest that the changes of serum levels of SOD and MDA were correlated with severity of HIE.SOD and MDA can play an important role in the pathologic process of HIE.
