经阴道彩色多普勒超声对早期宫外孕的临床诊断价值

[目的]探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断早期宫外孕的临床价值。[方法]将阴道探头涂少量耦合剂套一次性避孕套后放入阴道穹窿观察子宫附件及盆腔,寻找宫外孕包块,并进行有关测量。[结果]83例经阴道彩超诊断早期宫外孕,手术病理证实79例,诊断符合率95.2%,其中3例为第二次异位妊娠,6例为不孕症患者,9例放置宫内节育器。误诊4例,误诊率4.8%。[结论]经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查可对绝大部分早期宫外孕进行准确诊断,有重要的临床意义。
