摘    要:目的建立活体兔脑血栓形成模型,以便用于模拟人类缺血性脑血管病的发病过程,判定疗效和再灌注研究。方法用DSZ-1型多功能射频治疗仪及射频低温反复热凝方法制作兔大脑中动脉血栓形成模型。结果MCAT活体兔子模型术后15只实验动物全部存活,不同时间(24~72h)内表现为大脑手术对侧肢体从活动不灵至轻度偏瘫,但对照组动物无偏瘫现象。血管内逐渐形成各型血栓,脑组织缺血区改变符合与脑梗死三个不同区域的病理改变。结论首次用射频低温反复热凝法建立活体MCAT模型,该手术操作简便、局灶性强、缺血效果好、部位恒定,可用于脑血栓急性期抗栓药物的疗效判定和再灌注,为临床研究奠定了动物实验学基础。

Abstract:Objective To establish the rabbit model of cerebral thrombosis in order to simulate the development and process of human ischemic cerebrovascular disease as well as assess the curative effects and study for reperfusion. Methods Using the DSZ-type 1 multifunctional radio frequency-treatment devic and the method of repeated hot coagulation of low temperature with radio frequency, the rabbit model of middle cerebral artery thrombosis(MCAT) was established. Results After operation of rabbit model of MCAT,all of 15 experimental animals were survived, it was manifested in the different time (24 - 72h) that from ineffective activities to mild hemiplegia in contralateral limbs of brain operation. But there was no the hemiplegia in the control group. Various types of intravascular thrombosis were gradually formed,and the changes of cerebral ischemic area were consistent with the pathological changes in three different regions of cerebral infarction. Conclusion The rabbit model of cerebral thrombosis by the repeated hot coagulation of low temperature with radio frequency in vivo has simple of surgical procedures,better lesion focus and ischemic effects and constant position,and extablishes the basis of determining for curative effects of anti-thrombosis medicines in acute stage and studying for the reperfusion.
