OSAHS患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞比例变化及临床意义

目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞比例变化及临床意义.方法 经多导睡眠图确诊OSAHS患者60例,按照呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分为轻度OSAHS组(n=18),中度OSAHS组(n=22),重度OSAHS组(n=20).对照组为年龄、性别、BMI匹配,经多导睡眠监测除外OSAHS者20例.用流式细胞术检测各组Th1/Th2细胞比例并进行各组间比较.对OSAHS患者睡眠期AHI和Th1细胞比例进行相关性分析.结果 OSAHS组Th1比例明显高于对照组(18.2±5.4)%和(12.5±3.8)%,P<0.05],其中重度OSAHS组增高较对照组尤为明显(21.8±4.6)%和(12.5±3.8)%,P<0.01].OSAHS患者Th1细胞比例与AHI呈正相关(r=0.668,P<0.01).Th2比例差异在各组间均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 OSAHS患者Th1细胞激活程度显著增高,且与OSAHS的严重程度相关.

Changes of peripheral blood helper T cell in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome
