| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益胃颗粒的功效作用并做出相应评价.方法:观察益胃颗粒对大鼠应激性溃疡的作用,观察接种艾氏腹水癌(EAC)及腹水型肝癌(HepA)小鼠的死亡时间.结果:对大鼠应激性溃疡,当益胃颗粒剂量达16 g*kg-1时,与丽珠得乐作用类似,对艾氏腹水癌、腹水型肝癌有抑制作用.结论:益胃颗粒对实验性大鼠应激性溃疡及腹水型肝癌有一定抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: Explore therapeutic effect of YI WEI pellet. Methods: Postponement of EAC, HepA tumor carrying mice death was studied. Results: When the dosage reached 16 g·kg -1 , the effect on the stress induced ulceration of mice was at the same as LI ZHU DE LE.IT has inhibition effect on EAC, HepA, and tumor too. Conclusion: YIWEI pellet has inhibition effect on ulcer of mice. It shows the inhibitory activity to EAC, HepA and S 180 tumor. |
