| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫内膜癌(EMC)组织中Survivin表达与细胞增殖活性和临床病理特性、预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测10例正常子宫内膜、20例子宫内膜增生过长及33例EMC组织中Survivin及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况。结果:EMC及子宫内膜增生过长组织中Survivin的阳性率分别为78.8%和55.0%,明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌组织中Survivin表达且与PCNA呈正相关(r=0.446,P=0.005)。结论:Survivin阳性表达率与肿瘤的恶性程度及细胞增殖活性明显相关,可用来鉴别肿瘤恶性程度、预测预后。

| Abstract: | Aim: To investigate the relationship of Survivin expression with cell proliferation activity, clinical pathological character and prognosis in endometrial carcinoma tissue. Methods: The positive expression rates of Survivin and PCNA in 10 cases of normal endometria,20 cases of endometrial hyperplasia tissue, and 33 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissue were counted using the method of immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rates of Survivin protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue and endometrial hyperplasia tissue were 78.8% and 55.0%,respectively, significantly higher than those in normal endometria tissue (20.0%)(P<0.05). Survivin expression was positively correlated with PCNA in endometrial carcinoma tissue (r=0.446,P=0.005). Conclusion: The expression of Survivin is related to malignant de-gree of endometrial carcinoma and cell proliferation, and can be used to discriminate the malignant degree of tumor and forecast the prognosis of tumor. |
