| 摘 要： | 目的总结慢性硬膜下血肿的诊断和治疗经验。方法回顾性分析72例慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床特点、手术方式和预后情况。结果本组病例全部达到治愈标准。临床症状均在7天内消失，2周后CT复查血肿消失。结论单孔或双孔钻颅血肿引流是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosing and treating chronic subdural hematoma.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical features,operation methods and prognosis of 72 cases with chronic subdural hematoma.Results All the patients recovered,the clinical symptoms disappeared within 7 days after operation;CT scanning 2 weeks after operation indicated that hematoma disappeared.Conclusion Single-bore or double-bore drainage is effective in treating chronic subdural hematoma. |
