摘    要:目的考察不同pH值水溶液对氯化两面针碱的提取的影响。方法采用正交实验法对提取溶液的pH、温度、加水量条件进行筛选,以氯化两面针碱的提取率作为指标,用HPLC法测定溶液中氯化两面针碱的含量。结果氯化两面针碱的最佳条件为适量的两面针流浸膏加入10倍量,40℃的水,调整酸度pH=1.0的溶液环境。结论优选的氯化两面针碱提取条件适合工业大生产。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of different pH levels in extracting conditions of nitidine chloride. Methods Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)Dc, was extracted as experimental material, the extract conditions of Nitidine chloride was optimized by orthogonal experiment; the extraction rate by the content of Nitidine chloride was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The best extract conditions of Nitidine chloride was adding 10 times of appropriate level and 40 ℃ water, and the acidity of the solution was adjusted to pH=l.0 .Conclusion The optimum extract conditions is appropriate for industry production.
