甲状旁腺腺瘤7例诊治分析

目的探讨甲状旁腺腺瘤所致原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的临床特征及诊断、治疗。方法结合有关文献，对我科5年问收治的7例甲状旁腺腺瘤的诊治过程进行分析。结果7例患者均手术治愈，对比术前术后PTH及血钙差异均具有统计学意义。结论本病如早发现、早治疗，可以治愈。否则出现骨折畸形愈合，难以彻底纠正，或同时造成较大肾功能损害。

Diagnosis and treatment for 7 cases of parathyroid adenoma

Objective To explore the clinical symptoms of primary hyperparathyroidism in- duced by parathyroid adenoma and study the diagnosis and treatment. Methods The relative literature was combined to analyze the diagnosis and clinical treatment for 7 cases received in our hospital in last 5 years. Results All of 7 cases had been cured by surgery, the results of serum calcium and PTH before and after treatment were significantly different.Conclusion It can be cured in earlier period of PTA. Conversely, if not found and treated early enough, it might result in skeletal deformities and renal disfunction.
