解剖型纤维桩核-全瓷冠前牙美容性修复268例临床分析

目的探讨解剖型纤维桩核-全瓷冠在前牙美容性修复治疗中的临床地位，并观察其疗效。方法对268例前牙区轻度畸形的患者，在签署知情同意书的前提下行解剖型纤维桩核-全瓷冠美容性修复，并进行临床随访观察。结果3例发生根管治疗后疾病，5例切端及唇面崩瓷，无一例发生桩核折断或牙根纵裂。全组病例在自我满意度、临床效果及X线根尖片观察等方面均达到理想预期效果，其中以解剖型石英纤维桩核-CAD／CAM全锆冠修复体美学效果最佳。结论解剖型石英纤维桩核-CAD／CAM全锆冠修复技术在前牙美容性修复治疗中有独特的临床地位和满意疗效。

The clinical analysis of 268 cases of anatomical type fiber pile nuclear-all the porcelain front teeth beauty of repair
