子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床探讨

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2009年7月-2011年7月问于我院治疗子宫肌瘤的患者36例，随机分为对照组与观察组各18例，对照组常规药物治疗，观察组行子宫动脉栓塞术。观察记录两组患者的临床症状变化及子宫肌瘤的体积变化，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为94．45％，明显高于对照组的77．78％（P〈0．05）。结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果显著，可以作为治疗子宫肌瘤的首选方法，值得推广应用。

Clinical study on uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids treatment

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization for treating uterine fibroids. Methods 36 cases with uterine fihroids from July 2009 to July 2011 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 18 cases for each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment while the observation group received uterine artery embolization. The clinical symptoms and uterine leiomyoma volume changes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.45%, significantly higher than that of the controlgroup （77.78%）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization for uterine fibroids treatment has good clinical efficacy, which can be considered as the preferred method for uterine fibroids treatment, and should be widely applied in clinic.
