三维CT和X线平片对髋关节骨折诊断的比较分析

目的：评估螺旋CT三维重建（3D-CT）和X线平片在髋关节骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析36例41髋外伤性髋关节损伤的X线平片和螺旋CT三维重建等影像学资料及临床诊治经过。结果：36例41髋中共有骨折118处,12处髋臼或者股骨头骨折在X线平片中未能发现,检出率89.8%;螺旋CT检查及三维重建全部显示清楚,检出率100%,进行统计学比较结果差异有显著性。结论：螺旋CT三维重建在髋关节损伤的诊断中,与普通的X线平片相比,显示了其明显的优越性,是诊断髋关节骨折的有效手段,在复杂性髋关节骨折的诊断中应作为首选方案。

Compare with X Ray and 3D-CT in Diagnosis of Hip Joint Fracture

Objective：To evaluate application of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT in diagnosis and treatment of hip joint fracture.Methods：A retrospective analysis of diagnosis by 3D-CT and X-ray of 36 patients（41 hips） with hip joint fracture were performed.Results：The hip joint fracture quantity of 36 cases was 118 while the fracture detection rates of X-ray plains was 89.8%.3D-CT gain the most objective view of hip joint fractures and the fracture detection rates was 100%.The difference with spiral CT and X-ray plains was statistically significant of hip joint fractures.Conclusion：Comparing with routine X-ray image,3D-CT technique shows incomparable superiority in the diagnosis and therapy of the hip joint injury.It was an effective methods in diagnosing hip joint fracture and shoud be the first choice in examination of the complicated acutabular fracture.
