慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证分型与免疫功能的关系

对116例慢性乙型肝炎患者和52例正常人进行了免疫复合物（CIC）、红细胞C3b受体花环率（C3b）、T淋巴细胞点状阳性率（ANAE）等指标的测定。结果：与正常人比较，慢性乙型肝炎患者CIC值增高（P＜0．01）；肝肾阴虚、瘀血阻络型组C3b降低（P＜0．01），而肝郁脾虚组无明显变化（P＞0．05）；肝郁脾虚、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚组ANAE降低（P＜0．01），而湿热中阻、肝郁脾虚组无明显变化（P＞0．05）。经回归分析发现ANAE与C3b呈正相关，ANAE、C3b与CIC呈负相关。结果表明：慢性乙型肝炎患者存在细胞免疫功能降低、体液免疫功能亢进，中医辨证分型与免疫功能存在一定的关系。

The Relationship of The Function of Immune And The Differentiation of Symptoms And Signs of Chronic Hepatitis B

In this Paper, the CIC, C3b and ANAE in 116 Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and 52 health individuals were determined. The results indicated that the CIC value were increase in Chronic Hepatitis B(P< 0.01 ); the RBC C3b receptor rosette - forming rate were decrease in Blood - stasis and Yin deficiency of liver and kidney(P <0.01), there were no chandes in Depression of liver due to spleen deficiency(P > 0.05); the ANAE activity were reduced in Yan deficiency in the spleen and kidney. Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and Depression of liver due to spleen deficiency(P< 0. 01), there were no changes in Depression of liver due to spleen deficiency and Gathering and brewing of dampness and heat within the body(P> 0. 05). The ANAE actfvity was linearly correlated with the RBC C3b receptor rosette - forming rate, the serum CIC was linearly negative correlated with ANAE activity and RBC C3b recepter rosetteforming rate. The facts suggest that the humoral immunity im munopotentiation and the cell immunity immunosuppression exist in Chronic Hepatitis B. There was certain re lationship in immunity function and Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs of Traditional chinese Medicine.
