| 摘 要： | 坚持因材施教是做好教学工作的首要条件和基本要求，也是高等教育研究的永恒主题。本文阐述了因材施教的目的、意义与现状以及教师在因材施教过程中的作用，并进一步探讨了在现代高等教育实践过程中遵循教学规律。坚持因材施教的意义。

| Abstract: | It's a chief condition and basic requirement of advancing teaching benefits teachers as well as students, as well as an eternal subject of higher education research, to insist on teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. The article expatiated the purpose, significance and actuality, and the action of teachers in teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. It further analyzed the effect of persisting in following the rules of teaching and learning and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude in modern higher education. |
