儿童智商与发中钙锌铁铅含量的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨儿童智商与发中钙、锌、铁、铅含量的关系。方法 选择308名8~11岁儿童用WISC-CR智力量表测定智商,用火焰原子吸收法测定头发中钙、锌、铁、铅含量。结果 被调查的儿童智商呈正态分布(P>0.05),智商与头发中4种元素的相关分析显示:r钙=0.593,r锌=0.384,r铁=0.499,r铅=-0.637,P均<0.01。结论 儿童智商与头发中钙、锌、铁呈正相关,与铅呈负相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between children's intelligence quotient (IQ) and the contents of calcium, zinc, iron and lead in hair. Methods 308 8-11-year old children were selected for examination of IQ by WISC-CR scale and for determination of the contents of calcium, zinc, iron and lead in hair by flame atomic spectrophotometry. Results The scores of IQ of 308 children revealed normal distribution (P>0.05). The correlative analysis on the relationship between IQ and those 4 elements contents showed that the correlative coefficients were 0.593 for calcium, 0.384 for zinc, 0.449 for iron and -0.637 for lead respectively, their P values were all below 0.01. Conclusion The children's IQ was positively correlated with the contents of calcium, zinc and iron in hair, and negatively correlated with the contents of lead in their hair.
