| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超选择子宫动脉栓塞术（TUAE）对子宫腺肌症的临床疗效.方法对75例子宫腺肌症患者进行双侧子宫动脉超选择栓塞.术后随访 1~36个月,对临床疗效进行分析.结果 本组患者均行双侧子宫动脉超选择栓塞,术中子宫腺肌瘤体血供完全阻断,术后痛经完全消失67例,明显缓解6例,部分缓解2例,月经量均少于术前,子宫及病灶均小于术前,血红蛋白含量升高.结论 子宫腺肌症的超选子宫动脉栓塞术治疗能解决临床症状,完好保留子宫,对正常生殖功能影响较少,是一种微创、临床疗效肯定的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of selective transcatheter uterine artierial embolization （TUAE） in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods TUAE on 75 patients who diagnosised adenomyosis, and the clinical effect were ana- lyzed. Results Dring the operation, the blood supply of adenomyosis were completely blocked. After TUAE, 67 patients with dysmenorrheal cured, 6 patients significantly relieved, 2 patients relieved, the menstruation reduced, the uterus and lesions shrinked, hemoglobin levels raised. Conclusion TUAE is a minimally invasive, curative effect treatment method. |
