摘    要:目的探讨16螺旋cT斜矢状位重建椎弓峡部裂的方法及应用价值。方法腰椎峡部裂100例,对原始数据进行薄层重建,层厚0.625mm,利用“思创”软件进行平行于椎板斜矢状位重建,对其峡部崩裂表现进行分析。结果100例患者斜矢状位重建图像解剖结构与传统腰椎斜位片图像相仿,均能清晰、直观地显示峡部崩裂、骨赘及断端移位情况。结论16螺旋CT斜矢状位重建椎弓峡部裂方法简单,图像直观、清晰,应为首选重建方法。

Application of 16-slice spiral CT oblique sagittal reconstruction in diagnosis of spondylolysis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the method of 16-slice spiral CT oblique sagittal reconstruction of spondylolysis and its application value.Methods Original data of 100 patients with lumbar spondylolysis were used for thin-layer reconstruction,with the thickness of 0.625 mm and "Strong" software was used for parallel vertebral plate oblique sagittal reconstruction,then the manifestation of isthmus cracks was analyzed.Results The anatomical structures in oblique sagittal reconstruction images were similar with traditional lumbar oblique images,both of which could show the isthmus cracks,osteophytes and fractured ends shifting clearly.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT oblique sagittal reconstruction of spondylolysis is simple and clear,thus it should be the first choice of reconstruction.
