| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西药结合治疗冠心病伴高脂血症的应用效果。方法:100例冠心病伴高脂血症患者分为治疗组与对照组各50例,分别采用中西药结合治疗与单独西药治疗。结果:治疗组总体有效率为96.0%,对照组为68.0%(P0.05)。相对于对照组,治疗组患者LDL-C值基本可降至正常。结论:首乌泽泻白术汤结合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病伴高脂血症效果好,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of integrative medicine on treating coronary artery disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods: 100 cases were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated in the integrative medicine, while control group were given western medicine. Result: In treatment group, the overall effective rate was 96.0%, and the overall effective rate in control group was 68.0% (P<0.05). Relative to the control group, patients treated with LDL-C value basically can be reduced to normal. Conclusion: The effect of alisma atractylodes decoction with simvastatin on treating coronary artery disease and hyperlipidemia. |
