护理干预在肝硬化自体腹水浓缩回输患者中的应用研究

目的探讨护理干预在肝硬化自体腹水浓缩回输患者中的应用价值。方法将80例肝硬化自体腹水浓缩回输患者采用随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组加用护理干预,比较护理效果。结果经过2～4次的治疗,观察组患者总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者SAS评分、睡眠质量和护理满意度均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义。结论护理干预可提高肝硬化自体腹水浓缩回输患者的治疗效果,提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

The Application of Nursing Intervention in Liver Cirrhosis Patients of Ascites Reinfusion Ultrafiltration

Objective To observe the application value of nursing intervention in liver cirrhosis patients of ascites reinfusion ultrafiltration. Methods 80 patients with liver cirrhosis patients of ascites reinfusion ultrafiltration were divided randomly into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases） . The observation group was used with nursing intervention, the control group was used with the conventional care. Then to evaluate the two groups of patients＇ nursing efficacy. Results After treatment for 2 to 4 times, the total effective rate of the observation group （95.00%） was higher than that of the control group （80.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The SAS scores, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction in observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention improve the treatment effect, nursing quality, patient satisfaction with liver cirrhosis patients of ascites reinfusion ultrafilration, and be worthy of clinical application.
