纳美芬联合醒脑静治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床观察

目的探讨纳美芬联合醒脑静治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,观察组加用纳美芬和醒脑静,对照组加用纳洛酮,观察两组患者症状改善情况。结果观察组患者起效时间、症状减轻时间和症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者显效17例、有效28例和无效5例,总有效率为90.00%;对照组显效10例、有效24例和无效16例,总有效率为78.00%;观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳美芬联合醒脑静治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床疗效显著,可以显著缩短症状消失时间,安全性高,值得在临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Nalmefene and Xingnaojing in the Treatment of Acute Alcohol Toxicosis

Objective To explore clinical effectiveness of nalmefene and xingnaojing in the treatment of acute alcohol toxicosis. Methods 100 patients with acute alcohol toxicosis were divided randomly into observation group （50 eases） and control group （50 cases） . All the patients were given basic care, and the observation group was treated with nalmefene and xingnaojing, the control group was treated with naloxone. Results The patients＇ onset time, time of relief in symptoms and the symptoms losing time were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the observation group the total effective rate was 90.00% , with 17 cases cured, 28 cases effective, 5 cases invalid; And the total effective rate was 78.00%, with 10 cases cured, 24 cases effective, 16 cases invalid in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is worthy of clinical application nalmefene and xingnaojing to treat acute alcohol toxicosis because it possesses the advantages of high clinical effects and safty, reduces symptoms losing time.
