沙美特罗替卡松联合丹参治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床观察

目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松联合丹参治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例慢性肺源性心脏病患者采用随机数字的方法分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组患者均给予综合治疗,观察组在此基础上,加用复方丹参注射液和沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,10d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果观察组患者显效率为70.00%、总有效率92.50%,分别高于对照组的37.50%和70.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,两组患者PaO2、pH值均升高和PaCO2下降,但是观察组患者变化幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松联合丹参治疗慢性肺源性心脏病安全高效,经济实用,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Salmeterol and Salvia Miltiorrhiza in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To explore clinical effectiveness and safty of salmeterol and salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 80 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided randomly into observation group （40 eases） and control group（40 cases）. All the patients were given comprehensive treatment, and the observation group was treated with salmeterol and salvia miltiorrhiza for three course of treatment, 10d for a period of treatment. Results The patients markedly effective rate and the total effective rate （70.00% and 92.50%） was higher than that of the control group（37.50% and 70.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, PaO2, pH value increased and PaCO2 decreased in all patients, but to observe the group of patients with change of magnitude greater（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is worthy of clinical application salmeterol and salvia miltiorrhiza to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease because it possesses the advantages of high clinical effects and salty.
