超早期微侵袭手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床价值探讨

目的探讨超早期微侵袭手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床价值。方法我院2010年11月-2012年11月收治的高血压脑出血的患者198例，选取其中48例患者，随机分为两组，甲组患者26例采用早期微侵袭手术治疗，乙组患者22例采用超早期微侵袭手术治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果乙组患者的临床疗效显著优越于甲组患者，差异性显著具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用超早期微侵袭手术方法治疗高血压脑出血，可显著的增加高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效，明显提高生存率，有效提高患者的生活质量。

Exploration in Clinical Value of Ultra-Early Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treating Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore clinical value of ultra-early minimally invasive surgery in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Among all the 198 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by our hospital from Nov. 2010 to Nov. 2012, 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups： group A （26 cases） received early minimally invasive surgery; but group B （22 cases） were treated with ultra-early minimally invasive surgery. Clinical effects of both groups were then compared. Results Group B showed remarkably better effect than group A with difference of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by ultra-early minimally invasive surgery remarkably increases clinical effect on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, obviously improves survival rate and effectively enhances those patients＇ living quality.
