摘    要:目的:分析烹调烟雾职业暴露人群外周血NK细胞自然杀伤活性。方法:采用MTT比色法。结果:暴露组与对照组检测结果经成组t检验,表明暴露组NK细胞杀伤率明显低于对照组。结论:长期接触烹调烟雾对机体天然免疫系统中NK细胞活性有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To measure natural killer cells activity in peripheral blood of cooking workers.Methods MTT reductionassay was used.Results The activity of NK cells in the exposed group was obviously lower than those in the controls.Conclusion It indicated that the NK cells activity of the nonspecific immune system was inhibited by touching with a lot of cooking oil fumes with long time.
