| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨膜牵张诱导成骨在不做骨皮质切开的情况下是否可用于口腔颌面部成骨。方法选成年健康遵义地区产山羊9只，用自制的骨膜牵张装置分别固定于山羊的两侧下颌骨体部，不做皮质骨切开，使牵张器对一侧骨膜施以牵张力，而另一侧不加力，分别在实验后第30、45和60天处死山羊，对标本分别以游标卡尺测量其新生骨厚度。结果实验侧术后均有新生骨组织，而对照侧未见有新生骨组织厚度变化。结论对山羊下颌骨在不做骨皮质切开的情况下进行骨膜牵张有新骨生成，对口腔颌面部骨组织缺损的修复提供新的思路。
