氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白与内皮素联合检测对脑梗死的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死时患者体内氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)及内皮素(ET1)变化的临床价值。方法用单克隆酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)双抗体夹心法测定oxLDL,用放射免疫分析(RIA)法检测血浆ET1的水平。结果急性脑梗死时oxLDL为(0.48±0.07)mg/L,较<60岁对照组(0.32±0.07)mg/L]明显高(P<0.001),≥60岁的对照组(0.40±0.07)mg/L]也较<60岁对照组明显高(P<0.001);ET1在急性脑梗死时为(15.8±3.6)ng/L,较<60岁对照组(6.0±1.3)ng/L]及≥60岁对照组(6.4±1.1)ng/L]呈显著性升高(P<0.001),≥60岁健康对照组与<60岁健康对照组相比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死及健康老年人均存在脂质过氧化的增强和不同程度的内皮细胞损伤,适当予以抗氧化治疗是降低老年人发病率及脑梗死病人死亡率的一项有效措施。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the changes in oxidation-modified low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) and endothelin (ET-1) in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ox-LDL and ET-1 levels in plasma were measured respectively by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results The ox-LDL level of acute cerebral infarction group was 0.48±0.07 mg/L, significantly higher than that of the control group (0.32±0.07) whose volunteers were younger than 60 years of age (P<0.001). The ox-LDL level of the control group equal to or older than 60 years of age was 0.40±0.07, also significantly higher than that of the volunteers younger than 60 (P<0.001). The ET-1 level of the acute cerebral infarction group (15.8±3.6 ng/L) rose obviously when compared with that of the controls (6.0±1.3, or 6.4±1.1 ng/L) (P<0.001). Conclusion Lipidic overoxidation was strengthened in both the patients with acute cerebral infarction and the healthy elderlies, and endothelial injury occurred in those with the disease to some extent. So it is an effective way to lowering the incidence of acute cerebral infarction in the elderly that anti-oxidative treatment is applied.
