急性胰腺炎肾旁间隙受累的CT表现

目的　总结急性胰腺炎引起肾旁间隙异常的CT表现。方法　收集 1998-2 0 0 1年间经临床和CT确诊的急性胰腺炎患者 14 3例 ,着重观察其中肾旁间隙受累及的 42例CT表现。结果　CT显示肾周脂肪受累及 2 9例 (69.5 % ) ,肾周积液 11例 (2 6.2 % ) ,肾周血管异常 2例 (4 .7% )。结论　CT检查可以准确地反映急性胰腺炎引起的肾旁间隙异常 ,对于临床决定治疗方案和估计预后有重要价值。

The CT Findings of Pararenal Space Involvement in Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate CT findings of pararenal space involvement in acute pancreatitis. Methods CT images in 143 patients with acute pancreaatitis proved by clinic and CT from 1998 to 2001 were studied, with laying emphasis on the 42 patients who had the involvemet of pararenal space.Results CT demonstrated perirenal fat stranding in 29 patients ( 69.5% ), perirenal fluid collections in 11 patients (26.2%) and perirenal vascular abnormalities in 2 patients (4.7%). Conclusion CT examination is superior to evaluate pararenal space involvement in acute pancreatitis, it is of important value in treating plan and estimating prognosis.
