大自然五花饮质量标准研究

摘    要:目的研究大自然五花饮的定性定量方法.方法金银花、甘草的定性采用薄层色谱法分析;对金银花中绿原酸用反相高效液相法定量分析.结果分烈以乙酸乙酯-甲酸-水(521)和正丁醇-冰醋酸-水(421)为展开剂,供试品色谱与绿原酸对照液和甘草酸对照波显示相同的斑点.在定量分析实验中,进样量0.5~4μl范围内绿原酸具有良好的线性关系.加样回收实验的RSD=0.97%;样品测定均在质量控制合格范围内.结论检测方法较简便,专属性强,可对大自然五花饮进行质量控制.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the identifilation and quantification methods of Daziran Wuhua tea in order to evaluate its quality. METHOD The identification was studied by TLC and the quantification was studied by reverse phase HPLC. RESULT In the identification, samples had a same blotch. In the quantification, a good linearity relationship was obtained in a range from 0.5 to 4.1. Retrieve experiment adding sample had a result of RSD=0.97%. CONCLUTION This method is convenient and can be used in controlling quality to this drug.
