摘    要:目的:探讨促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,Epo)对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:观察Epo对肾缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血丙二醛(MDA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)和肾组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SoD)、白介素-6(IL-6)变化。结果:Epo治疗组血浆MDA、Cr、BUN水平较缺血再灌注组显著下降(P〈0.05);肾组织匀浆SOD显著升高、IL-6显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论:Epo可提高SOD,降低IL-6对肾缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effects of erythropoietin(EPO) on renal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury.Methods: The model of renal I/R injury was treated with EPO and then the levels of plasma malondialdehyde(MDA),creatine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and tissue superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin-6(IL-6) were determined in rats. Results: The levels of MDA,Cr,BUN and tissue IL-6 were significantly lower in EPO group than those in I/R group(P<0.05),but the level of SOD was higher in EPO group than in I/R group(P<0.05).Conclusion: EPO has protective effects on renal I/R injury in rats,because it can increase SOD and decrease IL-6.
