医院财务管理是医院经济管理工作的核心,在政府财政资金补偿不足的情况下,医院要通过管理提高经济效益,必须通过建立健全财务规章制度,加强预算管理,发挥预算管理的作用,加强医院成本控制,节能降耗,降低医疗服务成本和运营成本,加强投资理财,积极开展投资可行性研究分析及流动资金理财增值工作,获取最大效益,保证医院的可持续发展。本文就如何加强医院财务管理工作提出一些粗浅看法。

Without enough compensation of financial funds from the government, the hospital has to improve its economic returns by its management. The hospital must establish and improve financial rules and regulations, strengthen the budget management so as to make full advantages of it; strengthen the hospital cost control, save energy and reduce the medical service cost and the operation cost; strengthen investment managing finances and be active in carrying out the investment of feasibility study analysis and liquidity management of value - added work to obtain maximum benefit. In this way, it can ensure the sustainable development of the hospital.
