广西桂林地区班氏、马来丝虫病监测评价

广西桂林地区马来丝虫病区的龙胜县和班氏丝虫病区的全州县分别采取反复查治和普服海群生药盐基本消灭丝虫病后,通过1980～1992年的监测,马来丝虫病区除1980和1982年各检出1例、班氏丝虫病区于1984年检出2例微丝蚴阳性者外,以后连续7年均未检出微丝蚴阳性者;血清学监测,人群平均抗体阳性率为0.59％～3.22％,下降至非流行区水平;蚊媒解剖5～7年未发现自然感染蚊,表明桂林地区丝虫病传播已被阻断。

EVALUATION OF SURVEILLANCE ON FILARIASIS IN GUILIN REGION, GUANGXI

In Longsheng county of the Brugia malayi endemic area and in Quanzhou county of Wuchereria bancrofti endemic area in Guilin region mass administration of EDC mediated salts and intensive surveillance were carred out during 1980~1992. Through repeated surveillance and selective treatment, except two cases of B. malayi and two cases of W. bancrofti were found before 1984,there was no positive case of microfilaria and infected mosquito dissected has been found in the later sucessive seven yesas. The serological surveillance showed that the annual positive rate of antibody in the population has been decreased to 0. 59%~3. 22% of the same level as in the non-endemic area. It demonstrates that the filariasis transmission has been interrupted in Guilin region.
