摘    要:目的探讨心理干预在治疗和预防在校初一学生网络成瘾中的作用。方法以济南市某中学初一学生为研究对象,研究组439人完成干预,对照组400人未干预。采用中学生网络成瘾诊断量表(IADDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组干预前后评价。结果研究组IADDS总分、SCL-90总分及因子分干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组与对照组IADDS总分、SCL-90总分及因子分在干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在干预后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组网络成瘾者IADDS总分、SCL-90总分及因子分干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理干预对初一学生网路成瘾的治疗和预防有显著作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in treating and preventing internet addiction of students in grade one of the middle school.Methods A total of 839 students were divided into the intervention group(n=439) and the control group(n=400) by the method of cluster sampling.The intervention group received psychological intervention but the control group did not.Internet addiction disorder diagnostic scale(IADDS) and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were used to evaluate the two groups pre-and post-intervention.Results There were significant differences between pre-and post-intervention in the total score of IADDS,and in the total score and factors of SCL-90(P<0.01) in the intervention group,but no significant differences in the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the total score of IADDS,and in the total score and factors of SCL-90 before psychological intervention(P>0.05),but there were significant differences after psychological intervention(P<0.01).There were significant differences between pre-and post-intervention in the total score of IADDS,and in the total score and factors of SCL-90 in students suffering from internet addiction disorder(IAD) in the intervention group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention is important in treating and preventing internet addiction of students in grade one of the middle school.
