某中学初一学生网络成瘾的心理干预

目的探讨心理干预在治疗和预防在校初一学生网络成瘾中的作用。方法以济南市某中学初一学生为研究对象,研究组439人完成干预,对照组400人未干预。采用中学生网络成瘾诊断量表(IADDS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组干预前后评价。结果研究组IADDS总分、SCL-90总分及因子分干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组与对照组IADDS总分、SCL-90总分及因子分在干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在干预后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组网络成瘾者IADDS总分、SCL-90总分及因子分干预前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理干预对初一学生网路成瘾的治疗和预防有显著作用。

Psychological intervention on internet addiction disorders of students in grade one of the middle school

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in treating and preventing internet addiction of students in grade one of the middle school.Methods A total of 839 students were divided into the intervention group(n=439) and the control group(n=400) by the method of cluster sampling.The intervention group received psychological intervention but the control group did not.Internet addiction disorder diagnostic scale(IADDS) and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were used to evaluate the two groups pre-and post-intervention.Results There were significant differences between pre-and post-intervention in the total score of IADDS,and in the total score and factors of SCL-90(P<0.01) in the intervention group,but no significant differences in the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the total score of IADDS,and in the total score and factors of SCL-90 before psychological intervention(P>0.05),but there were significant differences after psychological intervention(P<0.01).There were significant differences between pre-and post-intervention in the total score of IADDS,and in the total score and factors of SCL-90 in students suffering from internet addiction disorder(IAD) in the intervention group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention is important in treating and preventing internet addiction of students in grade one of the middle school.
