| 摘 要： | 目的通过49例头面硫酸烧伤的急诊治疗分析,探讨有效的治疗方法,以提高其治愈率.方法选择1994年5月～2000年9月收治的49例头面硫酸烧伤患者,对其治疗效果进行分析.结果49例中治愈45例,好转3例,死亡1例.结论认真处理硫酸污染的衣物,清除异物,冲洗创面0.5 h,眼部冲洗,警惕吸人性损伤,要有全面的观点.

| Abstract: | AIM To learn the experiences and improve the treatment of sulfuric acid burn of faces. METHODS Treatment effects were analyzed in a group of 49 patients almitted from May 1994 to September 2000. RESULTS Among the 49 patients 45 patients were cured, 3 patients were improved and 1 patients died. CONCLUSION Treat the clothes with sulfuric acid seriously. Eliminate foreign bodies completely. It is necessary to irrigate the burned areas for half an hour and the affected eyes consistly. Doctors must be on guard against inhalation injury and take everything in consideration. |
