| 摘 要： | 目的了解服毒自杀未遂患者在其自杀过程中经历的心理体验,探索对自杀未遂患者实施心理干预的措施。方法采用访谈法收集13例服毒自杀未遂患者的临床资料,用现象学分析法进行分析。结果自杀未遂患者自杀过程的心理体验主要为抑郁、孤独无助、无价值感、负性生活事件。结论服毒自杀未遂患者需要人文关怀和心理支持,在救治过程中应对患者进行连续、全面的评估,提供积极的心理及情感支持,改变患者的认知,帮助患者建立解决问题的框架,预防再自杀。
