MMP-2、Cox-2蛋白在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：检测基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）和环氧化酶-2（Cox-2）在胃癌中的表达,并分析MMP-2、Cox-2的表达与胃癌淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法：以40例经病理确诊的胃癌组织为实验组,以20例正常胃黏膜为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测MMP-2和Cox-2蛋白的表达,并进行临床病理特点分析。结果：MMP-2、Cox-2蛋白在胃癌组织中表达的阳性率分别为67.5%和62.5%,二者之间呈正相关,MMP-2、Cox-2蛋白在TNMⅠ期表达阳性率分别为53.8%,61.5%;在Ⅱ期阳性率分别为57.1%、64.2%;在Ⅲ期阳性率分别为85.7%、85.7%;在Ⅳ期阳性率分别为100%（6/6）,100%（6/6）。结论：MMP-2、Cox-2蛋白在胃癌中的表达明显增高,与肿瘤的淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关。检测胃癌组织MMP-2、Cox-2可作为判断胃癌浸润转移的重要指标。

Expression and clinical significance of MMP-2 and Cox-2 in gastric carcinoma

Objective：To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and cyclo-oxygenase-2 （Cox-2） and its relationship with clinicopathological factors in gastric carcinoma.Methods：Forty specimens of gastric carcinoma tissues were confirmed pathologically and twenty specimens of gastric mucosa tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical method.Results：The positive immunohistochemical staining rates of MMP-2 and Cox-2 were 67.5% and 62.5%.Significant correlation between MMP-2 and Cox-2 was observed in gastric carcinoma tissues.The positive rates of MMP-2 and Cox-2 were 53.8% and 61.5% in TNM Ⅰ stage,57.1% and 64.2% in TNM Ⅱ stage,85.7% and 85.7% in TNM Ⅲ stage;and 100.0% in TNM Ⅳ stage.Conclusion：The expression of MMP-2 and Cox-2 is remarkably higher in gastric carcinoma tissues than in peri-carcinoma tissues and gastric mucosa tissues.There is positive correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and Cox-2.MMP-2 and Cox-2 can be used as indicators of invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
