| 摘 要： | 通过改变对患的一对一的心理护理方式，把集体疗法应用于骨科患的心理护理中。实践证明，实施集体疗法有助于加强患参与康复锻炼的自觉性，提高患的生活自理能力，增强患重返社会的信心。

| Abstract: | In nursing practice, we changed one-to-one nursing into collective therapy on mental care in inpatients at orthopedic department, which proved that use of collective therapy helped consolidate the self-consciousness of participants, increase their ability in self-care and strengthen their confidence to go back to social life. |
