云南省勐腊县蚊虫及虫媒病毒调查

1982年7—8月,在勐腊县捕获成年雌性蚊虫7属25种4440只。棕头库蚊、三带喙库蚊、伪杂鳞库蚊和迷走按蚊是农村畜圈的主要蚊种。白纹伊蚊是野外竹林区的优势蚊种。对所获蚊虫用C6/36细胞和乳鼠方法分离病毒,从三带喙库蚊和伪杂鳞库蚊中各分离出1株乙型脑炎病毒,从白纹伊蚊中分离出2株登革4型病毒,人血清中乙型脑炎和登革病毒抗体阳性率分别为83.33％和11.58％,表明当地人群中存在有这两种病毒的感染和传播,三带喙库蚊和伪杂鳞库蚊是乙型脑炎传播媒介,白纹伊蚊是登革热主要传播媒介。

Investigation of Mosqutioes and Arboviruses in Mengla County,Yunnan province

In July and August 1982,4440 adult female mosquitoes belong to 25 species of 7 genera were captured from Mengla county.Yunnan Province,China,Culex fuscocephalus, C. tritaeniorhynchus ,C. pseudovishnui and Anopheles vagus were the main species of mosquitoes in the rural stable. Aedes albopictus was the superior species of mosquitoes in bamboo forest. Mosquitoes collected were examined by C6/36 cell method and suckling mouse method. A strain of Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus was isolated from C. tritaeniorhynchus (291 mosq),a strain of JE virus was isolated from C. pseudovishnui (194 mosq), two strains of dengue type 4 virus were isolated from Ae. albopictus(964 mosq). Isolation of virus was negative to other species of mosquitoes. These results indicated that C. tritaeniorhynchus and C. pseudovishnui are transmitting vector of JE virus in Mengla,Ae. albopictus is the main transmitting vector of dengue virus.
