2004年开江县农村部分30岁以上居民慢性浅表性胃炎患病情况调查

目的]了解开江县农村居民慢性浅表性胃炎患病情况，为制定慢性浅表性胃炎防制对策提供科学依据。方法]2004年，在开江县每个乡镇随机整群抽取3个行政村，对30岁以上居民进行调查，以隐血珠试验初筛、电子胃镜和病理切片检查进行确诊。结果]调查46738人，检出慢性浅表性胃炎患者2277例，患病率为4．87％，标准化患病率为4．77％，20个乡镇标准化患病率为4．71％～4．81％（P〉0．05）；患病率男性为4．16％，女性为5．53％（P〈0．01）；30～39岁为4．91％，40-49岁为5．15％，50～59岁为5．70％，60～69岁为4．33％，70岁以上为1．89％。结论]开江县30岁以上农村居民慢性浅表性胃炎的患病率为4．87％，男性低于女性，中青年发病率较高。

Investigation on the Prevalence of Superficial Gastritis in Villagers over 30 in Kaijiang County in 2004

Objective]To understand the prevalence of superficial gastritis ,provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods]3 villages were sellected from each town with cluster random sampling method,investigation was conducted in the villagers over 30 in 2004.Occult blood test was conducted for initial screening,the diagnosis was confirmed with electro-gastroscope and pathological section test.Results]Of the 46 738 villagers investigated,2 277 of them suffered from superficial gastritis.Morbidity was 4.87%.Standardized morbidity was 4.77%.The standardized morbidity in 20 towns was from 4.71% to 4.81%(P>0.05).The morbidity was 4.16% in male and 5.53% in female(P<0.01).It was 4.91%,5.15%,5.70%,4.33%,1.89% in the villagers aged from 30 to 39,40 to 49,50 to 59,60 to 69 and over 70 respectively.Conclusion]The morbidity of superficial gastritis in the villagers aged over 30 in Kaijiang county was 4.87%,the prevalence was lower in male then that in female.It was higher in young and middle-aged group.
