| 摘 要： | 目的通过对320例发生呕吐新生儿诊疗的回顾性分析，了解呕吐对新生儿健康的威胁，探讨目前治疗新生儿呕吐的方法及可行性措施。方法分析320例呕吐新生儿的临床资料及治疗过程。结果本组患儿共320例，其中内科性呕吐265例，病因依次为胃食管反流、咽下综合征及重危疾病合并胃肠功能障碍，真菌性食管炎亦应引起重视；外科性呕吐55例，以消化道畸形为主。共治愈229例，治愈率71．56％。结论呕吐是新生儿常见症状，但病因、病理机制复杂，鉴别诊断困难，应提高认识，减少误诊。早期诊断、及时治疗对预后极为关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the threaten, remedy and its feasibility of vomiting in newborn through the retrospective analysis of 320 cases, Methods We analyzed the clinical materials , the auxiliary examinations and treatment of 320 cases. Results The main cause of vomiting were gastro esophageal reflux,the symptom of catabolic,improper feeding functional impairment of stomach intestine in severe cases, 162 cases were cured by ambrosia, gastrointestinal decompression, gastric lavage, change of feeding patterns and daily nursing care.12 hypertrophy pyloric stenosis or obstruction were cured by intravenous injection of atropine. Conclusion Vomiting is the common symptom in newborn. But the path mechanism and treatment are complex. We should diagnose early and treat them efficiently. |
