摘    要:目的研究酶动力学法测定G6PD酶活性时溶血液标本制备后的放置时间对酶活性的影响,为该方法操用规程的建立提供依据。方法取18份全血标本制备成溶血液后立即上生化分析仪上测定G6PD活性,每间隔20分钟测一次,共测定四次,以每次测得的结果为一组,分成四组数据。结果第一组测定的酶活性最高,酶活性依次降低,经F检验,四组结果之间有显著性差异。结论自溶血液标本制定后,G6PD活性呈明显的逐渐下降趋势,在进行G6PD酶活性测定时,溶血液标本制备后应立即进行检验,每批制备的标本数以不超过10个为宜。

Abstract:Objective Aim To study the influence of hemolysis sample deposit time on G6PD enzyme activity detected by enzyme dynamic assay,in order to provide basis for the establishment of this assay manipulation procedure.Method The activity of G6PD from 18 hemolysis samples prepared from whole blood specimen were detected by biochemistry analysator.The times of detection were 4,detected very 20 minutes.The results detected every time were allocated into one group.All data were divided into 4 groups.Results The activity of G6PD enzyme in the first group was highest,the other groups were decreased by turns.There were obvious differences among results from 4 groups by F test.Conclusions The enzyme activity of G6PD decreased gradually after hemolysis samples formulated.The samples should be tested immediately and the sample numbers of every time detection less than 10 cases should be suitable.
