| 摘 要： | 目的 观察神经妥乐平对糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)治疗的临床疗效和耐受性。方法 将5 0例DPN患者随机分成两组,对照组2 5例采用常规治疗方法,观察组2 5例在对照组治疗的基础上加用神经妥乐平7.2 Nu·d- 1 ,并在治疗12周观察患者临床症状和体征、神经传导速度变化情况和临床耐受性。结果 观察组患者的肢体疼痛、发凉、感觉异常(或减退)的临床总有效率及对神经传导速度的改善明显优于对照组(P<0 .0 1)。结论 神经妥乐平是治疗DPN的有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and the tolerance of neurotropin for diabetes peripherals neuropathy(DPN).Methods Forty DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups. The routine treatment was used in control group and the neurotropin (7.2 nU·d -1 ) with addition of routine treatment were used in observation group.The clinical symptoms,aigns,toleration, motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) were observed on the end of treatment in tow groups.Results The improvement of sensations of melalgia,cool and paresthethia of ilmb and MCV and SCV in observation group were superior to that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The neurotropin is one of valuable therapeutic medicine for DPN patients. |
