吡哌酸锌软膏对烧伤创面愈合治疗效果观察

目的：研究吡哌酸锌软膏对烧伤创面愈合的治疗效果。方法：将其与ＳＤ－Ａｇ霜剂作同体、同部位，等分成两个大小相等、深度相同的创面对比观察。测量不同时间点创面未愈合面积并记录最终愈合时间及不良反应。结果：３０３例中同一时间点比较，吡哌酸锌软膏治疗组创面未愈合面积明显小于对照组。愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论：本研究提示吡哌酸锌软膏能促进上皮修复、缩短创面愈合时间，未观察到不良反应。

Effects of the Zinc Pipemidate Ointment on the healing of the burn

Objective: study the curative effects of the Zinc Pipemidate Ointment on the healing of burn. Methods: The phamakon SDAg cream is used as controls with Zinc Pipemidate Ointment at two parts of the same burn location, which are equal in sizc and degree same body, in 303 cases. The unhealing area at different points in time is measured in series. The final time of healing and side reaction are recorded. Results: The results show the unhealing area trealed by Zinc Pipemidate Ointment is obviously smallct than that of the controls at same time point. In the final time of healing of supcrficial partialthickness and deep partialthickness burns it is three to five days earlier than the controls. As for the final time of healingsites in the different depth it is three to four days earlier than the controls. Conclusion: This study indicated that the Zinc Pipemidate Ointment can promote the repair of the epithelial tissue and make the burn heal earlier and have not obvious side reaction.
