| 摘 要： | 目的以亚甲蓝为示踪剂探测乳腺癌前哨淋巴结(sentinel lymph node,SLN),评价前哨淋巴结预测腋窝淋巴结转移的准确性。方法研究对象为自2011年6月份起我院普外科收治的100例cTis3N03N02M0的乳腺癌患者。使用亚甲蓝为示踪剂,进行前哨淋巴结活检,之后行腋窝清扫。结果 91例患者中成功地发现了SLN,SLN的数量为201个,平均每例2.20个。SLNB的灵敏度91.00%(91/100),准确率96.70%(88/91),假阴性率5.66%(3/53),阳性预测值为100%。结论使用亚甲蓝作为示踪剂能准确找到前哨淋巴结,并能较好的预测腋窝淋巴结转移情况。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the performance and feasibility of sentinel lymph node （SLN） in breast cancer using methylene blue as a tracer.MethodsIn our Hospital, from June 2011 100 patients with cTis~3N0~2M0 underwent SLNB, which is followed by standard axillary dissection. Methylene blue was used to detect the SLN during surgery.ResultsThe sentinel node is successfully identiifed in 91% （91/100） of the patients. The number of sentinel nodes was 201, average 2.20, the sensitivity in the study was 91.00% （91/100）, accuracy was 96.70% （88/91）, false negative rate 5.66% （3/53）, positive predictive value of 100%. ConclusionsThis method using methylene blue as a tracer can accurately ifnd the sentinel lymph node, and can predict axillary lymph node metastasis. |
