| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析20例剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者的诊断及治疗方法。结果：20例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者采取子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）治疗后均能有效控制出血，术后24～48h在B超监护下行清宫术，手术顺利，术中出血少。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术能有效防止和控制剖宫产瘢痕妊娠引起的出血，是剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的安全、可靠的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the value of the uterine artery embolization in cesarean section scar pregnancy. Methods： A retrospective study was carried out to analyze the diagnosis and treatment of 20 patients with cesarean section pregnancy. Results： Twenty patients were treated with uterine artery embolization （UAE） and the bleeding was effectively controlled, the curettage would be implemented 24-48 hours after operation under B ultrasound monitoring curettage. The operation was successfully with only a little hemorrage. Conclusion： Uterine artery embolization can effectively prevent and control bleeding caused by scar pregnancy. It is a safe, reliable treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy. |
