来氟米特合并小剂量激素治疗肾病综合征的疗效观察

目的观察探讨来氟米特合并小剂量激素治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将2009年10月至2012年6月期间我院收治的肾病综合征患者80例随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组患者给予来氟米特联合小剂量糖皮质激素进行治疗,对照组患者给予环磷酰胺联合小剂量糖皮质激素进行治疗,6个月后,观察两组患者的临床有效率及治疗前后患者尿蛋白、血浆蛋白、血尿素氮和血肌酐等指标进行比较。结果治疗6个月后,两组患者均有一定的临床疗效,观察组患者的临床有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿蛋白、血浆蛋白、血尿素氮和血肌酐等指标显著优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组与对照组相比以上指标无显著差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论来氟米特联合小剂量激素治疗肾病综合征具有较好的临床疗效,治愈率较高,值得在临床普遍推广与应用。

Leflunomide Combined Low-dose Hormone Efficacy of the Treatment of Nephritic Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efifcacy of lelfunomide combined low-dose hormone treatment of nephritic syndrome.Methods80 cases with nephritic syndrome were selected during the period from October 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The observation group was treated with lelfunomide combined with low-dose glucocorticoid, and the control group was treated with cyclophosphamide combined with low-dose glucocorticoid, after 6 months, the clinical efifciency, urinary protein, plasma protein, blood urea nitrogenserum creatinine, and other indicators of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 6 months of treatment, all the patients had certain clinical efifcacy. The clinical response rate of the observation group was 87.5% signiifcantly higher than 60.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）, the differences were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionLelfunomide combined with low-dose steroid treatment of nephritic syndrome had better clinical efifcacy and higher cure rate. It is worth popularized in the clinical application.
