| 摘 要： | 1998年无锡市卫生局针对该市人才队伍青黄不接和专科实力不强的实际情况,提出了"创名院,建名科,出名医"的卫生跨世纪发展战略.通过几年的实践,实施"三名"战略巳取得了明显的效果,促进了全市医院现代化进程.1998年,我们在组织制订<区域卫生发展规划>时,针对无锡没有医学高等院校、文革中卫生界遭受严重冲击,人才队伍青黄不接和专科实力不强的实际,提出了"创名院、建名科、出名医"的卫生跨世纪发展战略.通过"名医"战略的实施,抓好人才培养;通过"名科"战略的实施,抓好专科建设和技术发展;通过"名院"战略的实施,抓好新时期医疗机构的基础管理和现代化建设.我们认为,这是加快我市卫生事业现代化建设的切入点和一项长期的战略任务.自"三名"战略实施以来,取得了初步成效.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the talent crisis and weak specialty in the city, in 1998, Health Bureau of Wuxi City outlined a health developmentstrategy beyond the century, namely to establish "famous hospital, famous department, famous doctor". After the practice in past few years,remarkable achievement has been obtained in conducting "three famous" strategy, as a result, the process of modernization of hospital has beenpromoted in the city. |
