牛膝水提取物化学成分的研究

 目的:对牛膝Achyranthes bidentata根的水浸渍提取物进行化学成分的分离,并鉴定其化学结构。方法:水浸渍液的正丁醇萃取部分采用硅胶柱层色谱进行分离和纯化,用IR、MS、¹HNMR、¹³CNMR、¹H-¹HCOSY和DEPT等光谱技术和理化常数,以及标准品对照鉴定化合物的结构。结果:鉴定了5个化合物:即β-谷甾醇 (Ⅰ)、琥珀酸 (Ⅱ)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅲ)、尿囊素 (Ⅳ)和磷酸镁 (Ⅴ)。结论:后3个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Studies on the chemical constituents of water extract from Achyranthes bidentata

OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of water extract from the root ofAchyranthes bidentataBl.METHODS:To isolate and purify by using silica gel column chromatography the butanol extract of the water extract,to determine the structures by means of IR,MS,¹HNMR,¹³CNMR,¹H-¹HCOSY,DEPT,and to identify them by chemical analysis and authentic specimens.RESULTS:β-sitosterol,succinic acid,n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside,allantoin and magnesium phosphate were elucidated.CONCLUSION:The latter three compounds were first reported in gene Achyranthes.
